Refund and Return Policy

At Prima by StageRitual, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers all over the world. While we hope to deliver the best to you, we understand certain instances when there is a need to return your purchased product.

 

For product returns, please review the following conditions:
 

  • Only items purchased at our website, www.primabystageritual.com, is accepted for return.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date to be qualified for a refund.

  • Merchandise must be complete and in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Opened mailer boxes will not be eligible for refund or return.

  • Before sealing your package for delivery, proof that it was sent in good condition is taken by our team. In this sense, a full refund and replacement are only available to customers with unopened box and seal.

  • Returns will be credited to the original debit/credit card used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within one to two weeks after our office confirms the receipt of your package.

  • Credit adjustments take time. Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your card statement.

 

For damaged products, please review the following conditions:
 

  • In circumstances where the product you received is broken or damaged, contact our Customer Care team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

  • In case of a replacement, return shipping and handling charges will be shouldered by the company.

  • In case of a refund, a full refund will be awarded to the customer.

 

In returning your product, you must:
 

  1. Notify us by sending us a message in our Contact Us form. Kindly choose Product Concern and Returns as the Type of Inquiry.

  2. Expect an email from our Customer Care team acknowledging your Product Return request, together with a waybill for your return.

  3. Our Customer Care team will arrange the pick-up for your Product Return. Hand the printed waybill and package to the courier. Kindly ensure that the package is in its original, unopened condition.

  4. A refund will be given to you once the package has been received by our office.

 

 

Prima Club Membership subscriptions are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
