What is PRIMA by StageRitual?

PRIMA is created by StageRitual to assist every ballerina with in-stage performance, backstage rituals, and at-home relaxation. With our first collection, the Cooling Collection, Prima aims to help ballerinas with training-related muscle pain – perfect for easing weary senses and reinvigorating the body. Prima celebrates every ballerina’s success in the stage, and in the world.

Tea, chat, and everything ballet. Join Prima Club and belong in a community of world-known ballerinas, ballet enthusiasts, and ballet muses. Get unlimited access to Prima Club and be the first to automatically receive new products, enjoy unlimited access to exclusive programs & classes, get VIP access to ballet-related events, connect with your favorite ballet dancers on all events, and enjoy exclusive perks and gifts from our brand partners.

How do I join the Prima Club? What benefits can I enjoy when I join?

To become a member of the Prima Club, you may avail a subscription plan (monthly or annually) from our website. Once you join Prima Club, you will receive 1 collection per quarter; unlimited access to exclusive programs & events; connect and network with fellow ballet professionals, and enjoy exclusive perks and gifts from partners.

How safe is it to use the Cooling Collection?

Our PRIMA products are made with organic, cruelty-free ingredients. While it is safely formulated with Chamomile and aromatic ingredients, we recommend doing a patch test for first-time users. In case of skin irritation, stop product use and consult your doctor.

If I avail myself of a Prima Club membership, will I be able to receive PRIMA products?

Yes, Prima Club members will be able to receive our future collections quarterly.

How does payment for Prima Club Membership works?

Prima Club is a year-long membership and members can choose to pay either monthly (12 payments for every month in a year) or annually (1 payment in a year).

Can I cancel my Prima Club Membership?

Joining Prima Club entails a year-long membership, and it cannot be cancelled. If there are any problems, you may contact our Customer Care team to help find a solution suited for you.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped.

Do you ship overseas? How much is the shipping fee? 

Yes, we ship internationally free of charge.

Yes, we accept payments through Visa and Mastercard cards. Paypal is also available in the checkout.
